What data we process when you use this website

  • Server logs (e.g., IP address, date/time, URL, referrer, user agent) to ensure operation and security.
  • Details from the contact form (name, email, phone number if provided, message).
  • Details from the cost estimate form (service, area, name, ZIP, email, phone number if provided, comment).
  • Booking data (service, chosen date/time, and the contact and address details you provide).
  • Essential cookies for the functionality of the site. We currently do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

Purposes of processing & legal bases

We process data to operate and secure the website, answer enquiries, create quotes, carry out bookings, and comply with legal obligations.

Under Swiss law, processing is based on the necessity for contract/pre-contract performance as well as our legitimate interests (secure, functional services). Where required, we process data with your consent. For visitors from the EEA, the corresponding GDPR bases are Art. 6(1)(b), (f) and, where applicable, (a).

Recipients & data transfers

We use service providers (e.g., hosting) under processing agreements and confidentiality. No sale of personal data. No regular transfers to third countries. If exceptionally necessary, we ensure appropriate safeguards.

Storage period

Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Form and booking data are stored as long as necessary to process your request, perform the service, and comply with statutory retention obligations (e.g., tax and accounting law); thereafter they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Swiss law, you have the right to information, rectification, and deletion, as well as the right to object to processing in justified cases. Where the GDPR applies, you also have rights to restriction, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

In Switzerland, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) if you believe your rights have been violated.

Data security

We protect your data through appropriate technical and organisational measures. Nevertheless, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
